gatt-client: allow AcquireNotify when characteristic has indicate flag StartNotify / StopNotify already correctly allows usage when the characteristic indicate is present (simplify this check though), apply the same to AcquireNotify. Fixes: https://github.com/bluez/bluez/issues/1022
