shared/gatt-client: Register "Service Changed" handler as part of init. This patch changes shared/gatt-client so that a struct bt_gatt_client registers a handler for indications from the "Service Changed" characteristic at the end of its init sequence if the characteristic was discovered. The handles for the Service Changed characteristic value and the GATT service are stored during discovery.
