obexd: Add Message Notification Service (MNS) server This implements the server role of the MAP Message Notification Service (MNS) which is part of the MAP Client Equipment (MCE) device. After successful registration, the MNS will receive event reports, notifying about state changes on the server side. Possible events are: NewMessages, DeliverySuccess, SendingSuccess, DeliveryFailure, SendingFailure, MemoryFull, MemoryAvailable, MessageDeleted, MessageShift
