smp-tester: Remove incorrect test verdicts in pair_device_complete Since the actual PDUs transmitted are not complete and therefore do not guarantee a successful pairing, the outcome of the tests depends on a race of which side reaches completion first: the SMP channel expected PDUs or the mgmt callback. This patch removes any test vedicts form the mgmt callback since for now the expected status is either way a failure.
