test: Reorganize LE Python example scripts This patch moves tools/gatt-example to test/ and renames it to example-gatt-server in preparation for example-gatt-client. The same naming convention (example-*) is also adopted for test/advertisement-example, so it's now called test/example-advertisement. Also, both scripts now have the execute set appropriately to be consistent with the other Python scripts.
