obexd: Fix some PBAP clients not recognizing phone numbers Some PBAP clients appear to have problems dealing with value lists, i.e. TYPE=WORK,VOICE, so now we encode type information as a parameter list, i.e. TYPE=WORK;TYPE=VOICE.
