bap: Do PA Sync for each BAP Broadcast source discovered After discovering a BAP Broadcast Source do a short PA sync first to learn the BASE. After discovering the BASE check how many BISes are matching the sink capabilities and create endpoints for them. Allow user to configure one endpoint using "SetConfiguration" causing BIG synchronization to the corresponding BIS; also this results in creating a stream and the corresponding transport.
