bap: implement Reconfigure() Add Reconfigure() on a BAP unicast endpoint, which triggers its reconfiguration or marks it for reconfiguration. First, all associated streams are closed. After that, endpoints marked for reconfiguration are reconfigured using the same flow as in the initial configuration.
